Our typical turnaround time is 3–5 business days after customer-approved, print-ready artwork. However, turnaround times may vary based on project details.
In addition, we offer local delivery throughout the Cape Coral and Fort Myers area. Orders are also available for pickup during store hours. If needed, we can ship orders via UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

At Print 1 Group LLC, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork before finalizing an order. We use automated quality checks to help identify potential issues. However, final approval remains the customer’s responsibility.
All sales are final. Refunds are not offered for printed products, design services, or logo services unless an order is canceled at our sole discretion.
